Booking and timing
For tasting menus rather than tiki bars, the Downtown West Palm Beach (DDA) events covers the whole coast; dock-and-dine is easier around high tide — see NOAA tides: Lake Worth Pier; Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi reaches several of the Fort Lauderdale spots without a car; outdoor decks close in lightning, so check National Hurricane Center. Sunset tables go first; arrive 90 minutes before sunset or book.
