About Jupiter to Key West
Jupiter to Key West is a free, independent guide to what's going on in 36 coastal towns on Florida's southeast coast: things to do, events this weekend and where to eat, one town at a time. It is built and maintained by the small team behind SaaSMosaic, who live along this coast and were tired of piecing a weekend together from a dozen tabs.
Who we are
A two-person editorial and engineering team. We do not sell listings, take placement fees or run affiliate links to the places we recommend. The site earns nothing from a restaurant or venue appearing here; if that ever changes, it will be disclosed on this page and on the affected listing.
Where we cover
Every coastal town from Jupiter at the top of Palm Beach County down through Broward and Miami-Dade to Key West at the end of the Overseas Highway, plus a few inland towns with enough going on to earn a page. Tap a town on the map to open its guide.
How places are chosen
Beaches, parks, attractions and restaurants are hand-picked from our own visits, local knowledge and recognised sources such as the MICHELIN Guide Florida, Florida State Parks and the National Park Service. Every place has a one-line reason it is on the list, a price range and, where it matters, whether dogs are welcome and whether you need to book. We re-check the lists monthly and remove anything that has closed.
Towns with few places of their own show nearby picks, clearly labelled with the neighbouring town and distance, rather than padding.
How events stay current
Events are pulled every morning from official, allow-listed sources — race registrations on RunSignup, arena and stadium listings on Ticketmaster, and the calendars of city governments, venues and the four tourism boards (Discover The Palm Beaches, Visit Lauderdale, Greater Miami & Miami Beach, The Florida Keys & Key West). We keep a six-month outlook, store only the name, date, venue, price and a short blurb, link every event to its source, and drop anything that stops appearing there. Dates are shown in Eastern time.
How the guides are written
The articles under /guides/ are generated on a schedule from the same database as the town pages: weekend roundups for each county on Thursdays, a town guide and a themed list on Mondays. They may be drafted with the help of a large language model, but the model is only allowed to use facts already in our data — it cannot add a place, a date or a price — and every outbound link comes from a fixed list of official sources (national and state parks, NOAA and the National Weather Service, city and county governments, tourism boards, venues and teams). Each guide shows when it was last updated and which model, if any, drafted it is recorded internally.
Corrections and contact
If something is wrong — a closed restaurant, a moved event, a bad link — email sales@saasmosaic.com. We fix factual errors within a few days and note material corrections on the affected page. Venue owners and organisers are welcome to send updates; we verify against the official source before changing anything.
Editorial policy
- Accuracy over completeness: we would rather list fewer events than unverifiable ones.
- Attribution: every event links to its source; every guide links to the official pages it relies on.
- Independence: no paid placements, no affiliate links, no sponsored recommendations.
- Freshness: events refresh daily; places are reviewed monthly; guides show a visible "Updated" date.
- Privacy: the site sets no advertising cookies. The optional feedback form stores your message and, if you give it, your email, so we can reply.
